He has done numerous research on geopolymer development as a solution for Green Concrete and win both national and international grants regarding his excellence work on sustainable green materials. His research mainly focused on sustainable green material for civil engineering structures including geopolymer concrete, composite, brick and many more. He is also an inventor and the holding patent of more than 20 green material related products.

PROF. DR. IR. SIGIT PRANOWO HADIWARDOYO, DEA

• Senior researcher at material and structure laboratory that focus on road and railway study
• Received his Phd of Transportation in 2002
• Currently involved in various research and invention society
• Member of Indonesian Engineering Association, committee of Indonesian Road Development Association (IRDA), committee of Indonesian Professor Association, and Vice President for Indonesian Forum of Higher Vocational Education (FPTVI)
• Involved in several remarkable leading roles in University of Indonesia including Head Department of material and structure laboratory, Head of Library, Head of Faculty Central Admission, Vice Dean of Administration and Finance, Executive Secretary at Faculty of Engineering

Furthermore, He is also acting as an expert on environmental protection analyst on road and railway construction under the ministry of environment. In addition, he is a practitioner and actively involved in a road and railway related projects across the nation.  He is the main authors and coauthors of various publications (articles published in reputable journals, proceedings of conferences, and book chapters).
